About the Role

We are seeking Trades Assistants and Welders to join our rural fabrication team, with full-time, permanent positions available at our Gilgandra site in NSW.

In this hands-on role, you’ll work from drawings and production schedules to fabricate and assemble steel components to a high standard. You’ll be involved in marking out, cutting, welding, and assembling materials, while safely operating a range of workshop tools and equipment.

Working closely with the broader production team, you’ll help ensure jobs are completed efficiently, maintain quality standards, and contribute to a safe, well-organised workshop environment. This is a great opportunity to build your technical skills while being part of a collaborative and supportive team.
