TRADES WORKER-FACILITIES

Job Title

Under general supervision, performs a variety of semi-skilled to skilled work in the maintenance, repair, and construction of City facilities, buildings, and infrastructure.

Work involves carpentry, plumbing, electrical, masonry, and related trades. Operates a variety of tools and equipment to complete assignments safely and efficiently. Provides immediate supervision and guidance to assigned staff, contractors, volunteers, and/or part-time staff.

Work is performed under the general direction of the Facilities Manager and may include assisting other City Departments or divisions as needed to support organizational priorities and the City's strategic goals of operational excellence, safety, and quality service delivery.
