Trading Controls & Integrity Analyst

Trading Controls & Integrity (TCI) protects the fairness and integrity of the firm’s trading environment. The team investigates unusual trading behaviour, incentive misuse, and potential exploitation of platform rules or commercial programs. TCI is an independent control function. It does not trade, manage risk, or design pricing. Its role is to analyse behaviour, investigate cases, and elevate issues when trading activity undermines commercial fairness or governance standards. We are seeking analytically curious individuals who enjoy analysing trading behaviour and identifying meaningful patterns across accounts, incentives, and trading activity.

• Analyse trading activity to identify patterns of abusive or exploitative behaviour
