Referment is partnering with a fast-growing European equities trading venue to hire an experienced Trading Operations Analyst to join their Market Operations team in Madrid.

This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-to-senior level professional to join a highly collaborative exchange environment supporting both European and US trading activity, with direct exposure to market operations, post-trade workflows, client onboarding, and trading infrastructure.

Location: Madrid (Hybrid - office + WFH)

Shift Pattern: 14:00-23:00 CET (supporting US markets)
