The purpose of the role is to ensure a secure and controlled environment by monitoring clients trading behaviors and identifying any high-risk customers.
The role is based in our office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.
What you'll actually do
- Monitor clients' trading activities to report irregular client activity patterns and abnormal behavior;
- Process different types of alerts to ensure secure trading activities.
- Report the abnormal activities and suspicious behaviors to the trading analysts on time.
- Determine the risk level in case of trading abuse.
- Escalate system bugs to the relevant department.
- Work with relevant departments to follow up and close cases.
- Prevent the abusive activities by trading analysts' supervision in case of high-risk attacks;
