A Swiss-headquartered, FINMA-regulated securities firm providing digital asset trading and financial services to institutional clients. The company operates a regulated electronic trading platform for cryptocurrencies and tokenized securities, serving banks, asset managers, corporates, and high-net-worth individuals.

With ~100 employees and rapid international expansion, the company is entering a new growth phase and building out its Swiss trading sales team.

Role & Responsibilities

The Role

As Trading Sales & Distribution Executive, you will drive client acquisition and trading volume on the company's regulated platform. Your mission: onboard new clients, build long-term relationships, and generate revenue through trading fees and custody services.
