Summary This position is part of the Air Force Elements, U.S. Transportation Command. Responsibilities As a TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST at the GS-2130-11 some of your typical work assignments may include: Comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of EOD and DP3 traffic management policies. Knowledge and ability to negotiate techniques and requirements associated with transportation rates and services. Broad knowledge of the operations, practices, and policies of the USTRANSCOM functional and program activities. Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) and Surface Transportation Board transportation regulations, DOD, DA, Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and USAF transportation policies and procedures. In-depth knowledge of TSP industry practices and operations. Skill to plan, develop, and implement transportation systems or services that satisfy user requirements.
