Opportunity Description
The Traffic Manager regulates the flow of work in the agency. The Traffic department increases an agency's efficiency and profitability through the reduction of false job starts, inappropriate job initiation, incomplete information sharing, over- and under-cost estimation, and the need for media extensions.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage and plan all work through the creative, strategy and digital departments
- Liaise between all departments within the agency
- Attending weekly status meetings, driving creative status meetings and standups.
- Monitor the schedules and workloads of all creatives and digital creatives
- Create a monthly forecast to ensure best practices of planning and have this approved by Head of traffic.
