Trainee Bus Driver

About the Role

First Bus is hiring Trainee Bus Drivers for our Yeovil depot. This full‑time permanent role offers 38 hours per week, with a mixture of morning, evening and weekend shifts. No prior driving experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate buses safely and efficiently in line with company policies and passenger service standards.
• Work a variety of shifts across mornings, evenings and weekends, with plans made in advance to allow structure and flexibility, including weekday time off.

Pay & Benefits

Pay starts at £13.60 per hour during training and increases to £14.60 per hour once qualified.
