An automotive component manufacturer based in Witham are looking for a workshop operative to become a Trainee Carbon Trimmer and become a key part of their growing team on their day shift.

We are looking for someone who has experience in either carpentry , engineering or manufacturing using hand and power tools.

The hourly rate for the role is £12.71ph working 8am till 4.30pm Monday to Friday. The hourly rate can increase the more productive you become.

Trainee Carbon Trimmer Duties

• Prep and trim composite components and mould to specification
• Prepping, assembling and bonding composite components
• Drilling, tapping and fitting inserts to assemblies
• Hand finish parts and inspecting for quality
