Overview

We are looking for a passionate Bartender who will start their journey on the path to becoming a Sommelier. The role involves organizing and dispensing wines from our 60‑bin “by the glass” menu, tasting daily, and providing warm hospitality. This is the first step in the Bartender → Sommelier → Senior Sommelier pathway at Noble Rot.

Responsibilities

• Organise and dispense wines from the daily changing 60‑bin menu.
• Constantly taste and learn about the producers on our list.
• Discuss producers by name and share key points with guests.
• Deliver warm, service‑oriented hospitality and use wine knowledge as a tool.

Qualifications

• Motivation and passion for learning wine; knowledge of wine acceptable but not mandatory.
