As a Trainer, you'll play a key role in enabling our people to succeed through delivery of nationally consistent learning to the highest standard, reflecting best practice, including:
- Facilitation of approved group, one-on-one and ‘just-in-time' operational training programmes and initiatives to agreed standards and learning pathways for OSD business groups
- Providing face-to-face, remote, and digital learning support
- Creating learning environments for participants that are conducive to learning and reflect adult learning principles
- Conducting in-course and post-course evaluation activities
