As a Trainer, you'll play a key role in enabling our people to succeed through delivery of nationally consistent learning to the highest standard, reflecting best practice.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate approved group, one‑on‑one and ‘just‑in‑time' operational training programmes and initiatives to agreed standards and learning pathways for OSD business groups.
• Provide face‑to‑face, remote, and digital learning support.
• Create learning environments for participants that are conducive to learning and reflect adult learning principles.
• Conduct in‑course and post‑course evaluation activities.
• Support the development of resources for managers and staff.
• Assist with the development of structure, policy, processes and support mechanisms that will achieve the best results for training and facilitation in the workplace.
