The Revenue Cycle Trainer II is responsible for delivering training and workflow education related to Epic revenue cycle applications and revenue cycle operations across the Mount Sinai Health System. This role partners with operational leadership and Epic application teams to support staff onboarding, continuing education, workflow optimization, and system updates

**Qualifications**

+ Bachelors' degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Education, or related field, or equivalent experience
+ 3?5 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience required.
+ 2+ years of training or instructional experience preferred.
+ Experience developing eLearning or training content preferred.
+ Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and instructional design principles preferred
