The Learning and Development (L&D) team plays a key role in supporting this workforce through targeted training, development and skills programmes that strengthen capability, improve compliance and promote career progression. The Trainer will deliver learning and development activities across all Soft FM sites. This includes facilitating training sessions, coordinating logistics, supporting course development,
maintaining accurate compliance records, and evaluating outcomes. The post holder will work as part of the central Resourcing and L&D function, ensuring that Soft FM staff receive consistent, high-quality training that supports fairness, inclusion and operational excellence across the Trust.
