Opportunity Description
We're looking for an experienced Trainer who is passionate about developing talent, driving performance, and creating engaging learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver new hire, process, culture, and skills development training programs.
- Design and update training materials, presentations, guides, and learning resources.
- Monitor trainee performance through assessments, coaching, and feedback sessions.
- Partner with Operations and Recruitment teams to ensure training effectiveness and readiness.
- Conduct refresher, upskilling, and performance improvement sessions for existing employees.
- Track training progress, maintain training records, and prepare performance reports.
- Identify learning opportunities and recommend initiatives that improve employee performance and customer experience.
