About this Position
Manage and follow up on the site’s training system by identifying training needs, updating skills matrices, controlling evaluations and certifications, and monitoring compliance with training plans, ensuring the traceability of personnel competencies and the availability of reliable information for operational decision‑making.
What you’ll do
- Identify knowledge and skill gaps across different job positions through the analysis of operational performance, supporting the definition and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the training system. Support HPS initiatives related to competency development, contributing to strengthening personnel capabilities in alignment with the principles of the site’s training system.
