TRAINING AND CURRICULUM SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as a TRAINING AND CURRICULUM SPECIALIST in the MARINE & FAMILY SERVICES DIVISION of MCAS BEAUFORT SC. Responsibilities You will develop and implement training for child development center staff to enable them to render safe and developmentally appropriate care for children. You will maintain training records and prepare reports and recommendations for the supervisor. You will facilitate the timely completion of weekly activity plans, and review and approve program activity plans prepared by program assistants. You will ensure Creative Curriculum is implemented and followed including weekly observations, quarterly child profiles, and formal parent/teacher conferences. You will requisition equipment and materials required to complete training and classroom activities.
