Training and Implementation Coordinator

Purpose:
Working with Program Directors, the Training and Implementation Coordinator develops and implements service models, training and coaching curricula, programs and related materials to provide new or enhanced behavioral health services through the Youth and Family Training Institute at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC). The Training and Implementation Coordinator will also provide training, ongoing coaching, and technical assistance to assigned workforce program staff as they become competent in the services being implemented.

_This position is primarily remote and does require regular travel as needed to various locations throughout the state of PA to support the workforce with training and implementation of contracted program._
