wWe are seeking a Training & Delivery Consultant to support the successful adoption of operational improvements within a large-scale Defence and Maritime programme. This role is highly operational and requires a hands-on individual who is comfortable working closely with frontline teams, observing day-to-day activities, and driving behavioural change across the workforce
