Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Training & Development (T&D) Sr. Manager / Director to manage an artist development project and help the trainees grow into HYBE AMERICA artists. The T&D Sr. Manager / Director will serve as an advisor, coach, and advocate in helping our aspiring trainee to grow, lead and become HYBE AMERICA's next global artist.
