Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and logistical support for training programmes, seminars, conferences, and study visits.
- Manage course administration, participant registration, attendance tracking, and programme evaluations.
- Prepare publicity materials and coordinate travel arrangements where required.
- Support procurement, expenditure tracking, billing, and payment processes.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
