YOUR ROLEWe are seeking a dedicated Training Manager to spearhead the Vacheron Constantin training strategy for our retail and wholesale sales teams. This pivotal role involves defining and executing comprehensive training plans, identifying specific development needs, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across the region. You will be instrumental in enhancing the teams’ skills, optimizing sales performance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning, working in close coordination with HQ, Boutique & Sales Managers, and the local HR teams.
