Are you looking to relocate and get a new start? A mining company based in the Northern Cape province is looking to employ Training Officer Module Developer. The role will be responsible to assist in conducting training needs analysis and identifying employees training needs Develop new and update existing training materials to reflect changes in on-going operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

•Grade 12

•ODETDP Diploma (NQF Level 5 – 240 credits)

•ETDP Assessor Certificate in Training

•Engineering N4 Certificate in Mechanical / Metallurgy

•Registered MQA Assessor

•Registered MQA Train-the-trainer

•2 years operational Development of training material experience

•2 years operational Engineering experience

•1 year operational SCORM training development experience
