Training Officer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Management, Marketing, or a related field (other degrees may be considered)
• Preferably with relevant experience in training and development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, coordination, and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse age groups and backgrounds
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Canva, MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other related tools

Duties

• Facilitate sales and corporate training programs, including new hire orientations, project briefings, and skills training
• Assist in the logistical preparation of training programs
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation
