Training Program Coordinator - Manufacturing (Technical Training Focus)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Training Program Coordinator to support the development and execution of a large-scale workforce training initiative within a manufacturing environment. This role will play a critical part in building and scaling a progressive training model for a rapidly growing organization.
This is a unique opportunity to own and shape training programs from the ground up while working closely with leadership, instructors, and shop floor teams.
Key Responsibilities

+ Develop and maintain technical training programs, materials, and curricula aligned with manufacturing processes

+ Support and manage a skills progression model, including tracking employee training milestones

+ Coordinate with instructors to ensure timely completion of hands-on and written assessments

+ Maintain and update training records and tracking tools (currently Excel; transitioning to Workday)
