The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as the Base Training Program Manager under the Force Development Flight (FSD) through planning, directing, organizing, and exercising oversight of the Unit Training Manager program assigned to multiple organizations. Responsibilities Serves as the Installation Training Manager. Develop education and training materials and testing procedures. Conducts training courses. Manages the Force Support training program. Serves as the 3F2X1 Installation Functional Training Manager.
