TRAINING SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as a TRAINING SPECIALIST in the Provost Marshall Office/Marine Corps Police Department of MARINE CORPS RECRUIT DEPOT. Responsibilities You will conduct lectures, discussions, guided conferences and demonstration methods to present law enforcement, investigative techniques, procedures and practical application sessions. You will assist with organizing, scheduling and coordinating training courses that maximize individual competencies or maintain performance levels. You will develop Performance Objectives and Standards to aide in identifying training needs and requirements of each student; ensure the knowledge and skills are developed in current concepts and techniques in Law Enforcement and Security.
