Duties & Responsibilities

The Technical Training Supervisor will be responsible for creating, executing, and supervising technical training programs, ensuring trainers possess necessary technical competence, providing technical support, and setting clear expectations. Key areas of responsibility for this role include but are not limited to:

Responsible for supervising, training and management of the technical training team (Train-the-Trainer); Provide management on training quality and customer value: moderation of training, accident investigations, etc.; Review of training interventions and training material; Training Financial - revenue/cost budget customers on training product knowledge; Responsible for change management and providing technical support; Responsible for recruitment and development of staff.
