Training Technician

Assure all manufacturing employees of the designated areas are properly trained by conducting and/or coordinating manufacturing procedures or policies training.

Document performed work following established procedures.

Comply with cGMP, quality standards and policies and/or established procedures

Support supervisors in the training/certification requirement compliance.

Support the development of training matrixes by job positions as required.

Verify that the operators from their area have their training/certification for the operation they are executing.

Maintains the Training requirements up to date in the Training Management System.

Identifies and evaluate training program.
