Responsibilities The primary purpose of this position is to plan, implement and advise on Air Force Enlisted Specialty Training (EST) programs and activities to include administer the base level Air Force training and testing programs and to ensure programs are in place to manage upgrade, qualification, and expeditionary training, and to perform specialized work with all aspects of the education and training function.
