Transaction and Relationship Management, VP

This position is responsible for the management and administration of certain capital markets and specialized agency transactions consisting of bond issues, corporate escrow accounts, account bank, collateral agency, project finance deals; Must possess client service and problem solving skills, ability to independently manage transaction account load and client relationships in addition to participating in special projects.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Responsible for day to day administration of specialized agency deals such as escrows, SPACS, collateral agency, M&A, revenue bonds and project finance deals.
+ Partner with Sales and Product partners to support client relationships and cultivate new business. Address client inquiries and work with functional partners on any special client servicing issues or requirements.
