Transaction Coordinator

We are a high-production U.S. real estate operation seeking an experienced Transaction Coordinator to manage listings and contracts from pre-listing through closing. This is not a basic VA role.

This is a performance-driven, client-facing operations role.

You will manage multiple active files, communicate directly with clients, agents, lenders, and title companies, and ensure transactions move efficiently and compliantly to closing.

• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Working hours: U.S EST hours
• One weekend day required (Saturday or Sunday)
• $9-12 USD/hour
• Long-term international contractor role

• Has 2+ years of U.S. real estate transaction experience
• Has managed MLS listings directly
• Is confident speaking with U.S.-based clients
• Is organized, deadline-driven, and accountable
