Transaction Execution Manager - Trade & Loans - Vice President

Job Description

Overall Summary: You will operate within Credit Products Delivery as a middle‑office transaction management partner to Coverage, internal and external Legal counsel, and core control stakeholders to deliver well‑controlled, timely execution across local and cross‑border credit transactions. You will lead a newly formed team with a global remit and take accountability for end‑to‑end transaction execution and documentation negotiation management across credit products, including Traditional Trade Finance plus bilateral and syndicated loans.
