Transactional Attorney

Description We are looking for a Transactional Attorney to support a nonprofit organization in Chicago, Illinois through a Long-term Contract engagement. This role is ideal for an attorney who can manage a broad range of commercial and vendor agreements while providing practical, business-focused legal advice to internal stakeholders. The position works in a hybrid environment and partners closely with teams across procurement, finance, technology, and other departments to help reduce risk, strengthen compliance, and keep contracting activities moving efficiently.
