Transborder Specialist

DHL Global Forwarding is seeking a Transborder Specialist based in Mississauga, Ontario. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating both import and export road freight operations across the Canada–U.S.–Mexico corridor. You will work directly with customers, carriers, border agencies, and internal teams to ensure efficient handling of domestic and cross-border shipments. This role ensures compliance with transportation regulations, timely delivery of goods, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all cross-border (US/Canada/Mexico) import and export operations from booking to final delivery.
• Liaise with carriers, vendors, brokers, and border partners to secure capacity and monitor shipments.
