Scope of Position: The scope of this role is to join our Transcon Team made up of eight other colleagues to ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information. We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional customer service within the Department. Below are the main responsibilities:

Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system Track and Trace Files and reporting information to customersUse export Workflow to manage the movement of the shipmentsEnsure accurate and timely client and vendors billingEnsure delivery of freight and timely clearance when applicableInteract with our customers in arranging their road shipments, meeting customer service standards.
