Transfer Pricing Manager

About the Job
The Transfer Pricing (TP) Manager will lead the design, implementation, and ongoing governance of Xendit's transfer pricing framework across all group entities. The role sits at the intersection of tax, finance, legal, and the commercial business, and is accountable for ensuring that intercompany transactions across the group are priced on an arm's length basis, are appropriately documented, and remain defensible under audit in each operating jurisdiction. This is a hands-on, sole-contributor role with significant scope: you will partner directly with senior Finance, Legal, Treasury, and business leaders, and will be the internal subject matter expert managing relationships with external tax advisors across the region. Minimum Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in transfer pricing domain
Experience with Big 4 in handling transfer pricing for large enterprises
Exposure to South East Asia market and tax landscape
