Transfer Pricing Strategy - Analyst

**What you’ll do:**

As a member of the Transfer Pricing Strategy team, you will support the team to adminster and document Eaton’s worldwide transfer pricing strategy. Including performance of functional and financial analyses, supporting financial transactions, studying comparables and documenting results, as well as supporing audit related projects.
• Support the adminstration of intercompany transactions (including services and financial models)
• Support the team in development of functional and financial analyses as well as comparable searches
• Support the team in collection of data needed for and preparation of transfer pricing analyses and documentation as required under tax laws of the various jurisdictions in which Eaton operates
• Support the team in conducting valuations of legal entities and/or assets depending on the facts or circumstances
• Support the team in EMEA audit related projects
