Transformation Lead

Reporting Head of Transformation, the Transformation Lead will be responsible for driving several transformation initiatives to enable us to effectively deliver people change across UK&I.

The UKI division supplies roughly half the revenue and profits of the Group, bringing together household names Sky Betting and Gaming, Tombola, Paddy Power and Betfair.

This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.

What You’ll Do

• Portfolio Coordination: Lead interdependencies across multiple projects, aligning objectives and timelines for seamless execution.
• Executive Reporting: Synthesise key information to enable executive-level decision-making and strategic planning.
• Governance: Run effective governance and alignment forums to steer transformation efforts and facilitate decision-making.
