The Transformation Manager is a field-based, customer-facing role focused on driving digital transformation and operational excellence in operating rooms across the UK and European Union. You will be a critical driver of change management, leading the adoption of our Intelligence Suite to revolutionize how surgical departments optimize performance, maximize throughput, and improve patient flow.

Your core responsibility is to partner with clinical and operational leaders to transform their OR performance through data-driven insights and workflow optimization.
