Overview

The Transformation Process Manager is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the organization’s policy governance framework, ensuring that all enterprise policies are consistently managed, communicated, and aligned with business objectives. This role partners with cross-functional leaders to identify policy needs, drive process improvements, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. The Transformation Process Manager will also be accountable for the ongoing development and maintenance of processes in transformation projects and for sustaining improvements to support long-term business strategy.
