Transit Supervisor for Sea to Sky Region

Lead a team of 80 Transit Operators in the beautiful Sea to Sky Region with a focus on safety and operational efficiency. This supervisory role is critical for enhancing transit services and meeting passenger needs.
As a Transit Supervisor, you'll oversee operations in Squamish, Whistler, and Pemberton. Candidates should have several years as a Transit Operator, with supervisory experience preferred. Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills are essential, alongside a Class 1 or Class 2 driver’s license with air brake endorsement.
Key Responsibilities:
