Transition Coach (Fixed Term, 2x Posts)

Overview

We are looking for a compassionate, proactive, and student‑focused Transition Tutor to support learner progression across our college. In this highly rewarding role you will work closely with vulnerable learners, helping them to successfully transition into new curriculum areas, secure the next steps in their education, and build confidence through structured campus and curriculum tours. You will be a trusted point of contact during the transition period, guiding learners around attendance, engagement and learning expectations, while working collaboratively with teaching, pastoral and support teams to embed inclusive practice and share learner needs, reasonable adjustments and support strategies.
