Transition Services Supervisor - Summer Program

The Arc of Ocean County is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to supervise and coordinate transition services for students with visual impairments. This role is responsible for supporting program operations, overseeing staff and mentors, and helping students develop the skills necessary for greater independence, employment readiness, and successful transition into adulthood.
Primary Responsibilities

+ Direct and coordinate the daily functions of transition and summer programs, including scheduling, curriculum support, and student services.

+ Provide individualized support and guidance to students with visual impairments while encouraging independence, accessibility awareness, and career/college preparedness.
