Transition Teacher (SLD) – Year 7 & Year 8 Location: Hertfordshire, London Salary: £34,398 – £52,490 per annum Contract: Full Time | Temporary | Long‑Term Start Date: July 2026 Salary will be determined based on experience and position on the Main Pay Range. Teach Now is seeking a dedicated and highly adaptable Transition Teacher to join a specialist provision in Hertfordshire, supporting pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) in Year 7 and Year 8. This role is centred on supporting pupils at a critical stage in their education as they move from primary into secondary school.
