Translation Coordinator

Job Summary

The Translation Coordinator supports Geisinger’s Translation Center of Excellence by coordinating enterprise translation operations for patient-facing and operational content across the health system. This role is accountable for intake governance, workflow oversight, quality tracking, turnaround time performance, and cross-functional coordination that support timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of translated materials. The Coordinator serves as a central operational resource for Epic-related translation workflows, ServiceNow request management, vendor and stakeholder communication, quality assurance documentation, reporting and dashboard support, and adherence to language access policies, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards.
