Opportunity Description
Trinetix we are looking for a Senior Transmission Implementation Engineer to join our Transmissions team, supporting the build, expansion, and optimization of Arelion's optical transport network. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with DWDM infrastructure, optical line systems, and transponder platforms, along with a strong ability to commission, migrate, and manage transmission equipment.
As part of the Transmissions team, you will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure reliable and timely delivery of network capacity, while maintaining high standards of documentation and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Network Implementation: Lead the implementation of the Arelion Optical Transport Network, ensuring delivery within agreed lead times
- Installation & Commissioning: Oversee installation, commissioning, testing, and service turn‑up of optical transmission equipment
