Transmission Line Engineer (Remote)
We are seeking a Transmission Line Engineer to support the design and delivery of transmission line projects for utility clients. This role works closely with engineers, designers, clients, and project teams to develop reliable, cost-effective solutions from planning through construction.
What You’ll Do
+ Perform engineering and design for transmission line projects, including routing, structural analysis, foundation design, material selection, and construction support
+ Prepare project deliverables such as drawings, specifications, schedules, and bills of material
+ Develop design alternatives and cost estimates to support project decisions
+ Design transmission facilities ranging from 12 kV to 765 kV
+ Use PLS-CADD to model and analyze transmission line projects
+ Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and regulatory agencies to support project execution
