We are currently looking for an ambitious Transplant Pharmacist to join our team. As the Transplant Pharmacist you will be responsible for participating and leading pharmacy clinical programs in the area of Transplant services. This includes monitoring patient medication regimens and providing appropriate interventions, interacting with all medical and surgical specialties responsible for the care of transplant patients and collaborating with nursing staff to ensure optimal care of the transplant patient.
